Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with me at THE LHB Salon. Here’s what you need to know: Payments • Cash, card (Visa, MasterCard & major cards) • Bank transfer (details on request) Deposit & Cancellations • A booking deposit may be required (deducted from your bill). • Cancel 24+ hrs in advance (by email/phone) for a refund. • Less than 24 hrs’ notice / no-shows: full cancellation fee applies. • If I cancel, you’ll get a full refund or a new time. • I’ll send a reminder 24–48 hrs before your appointment. Location THE LHB Salon 85 Stanmore Hill, Stanmore HA7 3DZ Parking • Pay & Display outside (1 hr free with ticket, longer stays paid) • More bays further up Stanmore Hill • Free all day: Old Forge Close (short walk) • Free with restrictions (Mon–Fri, 3–4 pm): Hills Close, Hewit Close, Halsbury Close, The Woodlands, Spring Lake, Culverlands Close Please check street signs before parking.
