If you’re tired of split ends spoiling your style or losing precious length every time you trim, our Split End Shield & Seal treatment is the solution. This professional express service is designed to repair, protect, and seal the most fragile part of your hair — the ends keeping them strong, smooth, and polished for up to four weeks.

Unlike a deep conditioner you might use at home, this treatment is blow-dried and sealed with a flat iron into the hair, locking in the benefits for weeks rather than just until your next wash.

        Benefits at a glance

• Stronger, smoother ends that last up to 4 weeks

• Instantly repairs and seals split ends

• Keeps your cut looking salon-fresh between visits

• Protects against heat, styling, and environmental damage

• Adds shine, strength, and overall hair health

Price: £39 | Extra 10–15 minutes

Add-on only - must be paired with a cut & blow dry or blow dry.

🔍 FAQ: Everything You Need to Know

Q. What’s the difference between this and a Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment?

The Split End Shield & Seal is a 10–15 minute add-on service applied only to the ends, repairing and sealing for up to 4 weeks.

The Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment is a full 75–90 minute service applied from roots to tips, smoothing, defrizzing, and improving overall hair health for up to 12 weeks.

Q. How does this differ from at-home masks or repair products?

Most at-home treatments only provide a temporary effect that washes out. This professional treatment works instantly to repair and bind broken fibres together, giving you lasting results for weeks and protecting against further breakage.

Q. Who is the best candidate?

Anyone! But especially clients with:

• Fragile, over-processed or colour-treated ends

• Dry, frizz-prone hair

• Hair they want to grow longer without sacrificing length

• Ends that never feel smooth, no matter what they use at home

Q. How long does it last?

Up to 4 weeks (10–12 washes) – or longer if you use Brazilian Blowout Açai Aftercare and styling products at home.

Q. What can I expect afterwards?

Healthier, stronger, smoother ends with noticeably improved texture, less breakage, and a cut that looks fresher for longer.

Why it’s a Must-Have Add-On

Think of the Split End Shield & Seal as the finishing touch to your haircut or blow-dry. It doesn’t replace your trim – instead, it enhances it, keeping your style sharper and your ends healthier between salon visits.

For just £39 and an extra 10 minutes, it’s the ultimate way to protect your hair investment and enjoy that just-cut feeling for weeks.

The Importance of Representation

Representation in the hair industry doesn’t start on a billboard; it starts behind the chair. When stylists from diverse backgrounds are part of a salon, they bring not just talent but real lived experience and cultural understanding. This creates a richer, more inclusive environment—one where you feel seen, understood, and completely at ease.

There’s something special about sitting in a chair and knowing your stylist gets your hair because they’ve lived it too. It’s a comforting feeling that makes all the difference!

Education Is the Game Changer

Thankfully, more hair academies are updating their training to include all hair types, from straight to coily, fine to dense. This shift is essential. It ensures every stylist can confidently care for every client—no one left out, no guesswork, just skill and understanding.

Inclusive education isn’t just good for the industry; it’s better for you, the client. You deserve a stylist who knows how to handle your unique hair type with expertise!

Styling with Culture and Care

It’s not just about haircuts or treatments; it’s about creating a space where your hair is truly understood. That means listening, learning, and tailoring every service to you. Because even two people with the same hair type might have totally different needs, histories, or styling habits.

When culture, technique, and empathy meet, you get something much more meaningful than a salon appointment. You get connection. You get a stylist who understands your journey and can help you express it through your hair!

A Salon Experience That Sees You

Diversity in hair is a gift. It fuels creativity, sparks innovation, and builds community. When a salon reflects that diversity—from the services offered to the team behind the chair—it becomes a space where everyone can shine.

Because at the end of the day, hair isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel. And feeling good about your hair can transform your entire day!

Hello, lovelies!

It’s me, Noelle Stewart, and today I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my incredible journey in the hairdressing world, a journey that spans over 25 years and has brought me unspeakable joy, laughter, and a community of wonderful clients.

I started my career in an Afro salon called Arlettes in Harlesden, where my passion for hair began to bloom.

Newly qualified with my NVQ Hairdressing Level 1 and 2 from Alan D Hairdressing School, I dove into the world of styling.

My first official job was with Tony & Guy at Brent Cross. From there, I took a leap of faith to help a dear friend set up her very own salon—Angels in Burnt Oak. Talk about a whirlwind of excitement!

My journey continued as I twirled between Toni & Guy in St. Albans and Watford. Each salon was a stepping stone that fuelled my passion and growth.

Fast forward a few years later, I became an assistant manager at HOB Salons Northwood and later a salon manager at HOB MAN Brent Cross (which was an experience in itself!). Then, I spread my wings further, joining HOB Salons in Stanmore, and now, here I am, running my very own freelance venture at THE LHB Salon.

Why do I do what I do? Being a hairdresser isn’t just about the hair, it’s about so much more!

It’s about connection and trust.

I absolutely love that my skills can make my clients feel confident, sexy, happy, and uplifted. There’s something magical about transforming a look and in turn, witnessing a boost in someone’s spirit. When your hair looks great, you genuinely feel like a billion dollars—trust me on that!

Over the years, I’ve met some of the most incredible human beings. We’ve not only laughed and gossiped, but we’ve cried and supported each other through ups and downs. The relationships built have blossomed into amazing friendships, and I am endlessly grateful for each and every one of you.

The colourful diversity of my clientele is something I cherish deeply. It’s a blessing to have clients from every corner of the world, spanning all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Hair is universal, and the love that we share in the salon transcends all boundaries. I genuinely believe that it’s all love here, and I’m honoured that you trust me with your hair.

It fills my heart with joy to know that I play a part in your self-expression. You have all contributed to my growth and where I am today, and for that, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you.

It’s been a month since I embraced this new chapter in to my freelance journey, and let me tell you, it has been a blessing in ways I never could have imagined.

So, whether you’re a long-time client or someone I’ve yet to meet, thank you for allowing me to do what I love every day. Here’s to many more years of laughter, friendship, and gorgeous hair!

Much love,

Noelle Stewart x
