Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and professional service, please review the following policy before booking your hair extension appointment. Consultation Required All new hair extension clients must book a free consultation prior to their installation appointment. During this 30-minute session, we will: • Assess your hair and scalp • Recommend the best extension method for you • Colour match your natural hair • Discuss desired length, volume, and overall look • Provide a final quote Hair Purchase / Deposit • The purchase of the hair acts as your deposit to secure your installation appointment. • This must be paid at least 7 days before your appointment or during your consultation. • Hair is custom-ordered based on your colour match and style preferences. • Please note: Hair is non-refundable and non-returnable, once ordered. Arrival Requirements • Please arrive with freshly washed, product-free hair that is dried straight and free of oils or serums. • A wash and blow-dry can be booked in advance for an additional charge if needed. • Failure to follow this may result in reduced styling time or a reschedule fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit (i.e., the cost of the hair). • No-shows will not be rebooked. Maintenance Appointments • All extension methods require maintenance every 6–8 weeks to keep your hair looking and feeling its best. • Please pre-book your maintenance appointment during your fitting to avoid extended grow-out or potential damage. Aftercare & Responsibility • Full aftercare advice will be provided during your appointment. • You are responsible for maintaining your extensions with appropriate products and care. • Improper maintenance may result in reduced wear time or damage, for which I cannot be held responsible. Refunds • Due to the bespoke nature of this service, no refunds are issued for completed services or hair once installed.
