Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT OPTIONS: - Cash - Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards) - Bank transfer (Please request our details when booking) BOOKINGS: I may request a booking deposit to reserve the time of your appointment. The cost of the booking deposit will be deducted from the total bill of the appointment.  This deposit may be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the starting time of your appointment. I can only accept cancellations via email or phone. If you fail to notify me of the cancellation at least 24 hours before the starting time of your appointment, I have the right to keep the booking deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY: I value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice. This will allow to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, rest assured, I will either offer you a full refund or reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. To ensure that you are well-informed about your appointments, I typically send a reminder message 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled time. TRAVEL CHARGES: Travel charges may be applied to your bill, taking into account the costs of reaching your scheduled destination. Please be advised that any applicable charges will be included. PARKING CHARGES: I kindly ask that you inform of the parking options available at your appointment location. If there are no free parking options within a reasonable distance and safety from your location, I reserve the right to charge for the cost of private parking fees, parking meter charges, or parking permits that may have incurred during the duration of your appointment. CONGESTION CHARGE: If your scheduled appointment happens to fall within the designated Congestion Charge zone, there will be an additional charge imposed based on the day and time of your appointment. SAFETY: You are responsible for the safety of the location where the session will take place.
